BIO DR. ROBERT BOND

Upon graduating from the University of Toronto, Rob Bond settled in Shelburne, Ontario near Toronto. Alan Macdonald settled in Caledonia, Ontario near Hamilton. These rural communities required specialty services and both doctors developed orthodontic skills. Literally, thousands of hours of orthodontic continuing education involving clinics and seminars from Europe, the Orient, and North America led these two men to develop a diagnostic and treatment system that is world class.

For over fifteen years this partnership “Canadian/Comprehensive Straight Wire and Functional Orthodontic Program” has been helping to direct contemporary Dentists to include orthodontics in their treatment regime. If you would like to include orthodontic procedures in your practice, then seriously consider this valuable course. Dr. Rob Bond graduated from the University of Toronto in 1970 and practices general dentistry in Shelburne, Ontario. He has included orthodontics as part of his general practice for the past 40 years. He has studied under such functional authorities as Dr. Bob Moyers, Dr. James MacNamara, Dr. John Witzig, Dr. Robert Shaye, Dr. Alex Petrovic, Dr. Tony Ricci, Dr. Don Woodside, Dr. G. Altuna, Dr. Eugene Williamson and Dr. “Tip” Owens, Dr. Tony Gianally, Dr. Rob Ricketts, Dr. Thomas Graber, Dr. Henri Petit, Dr. Enlow, Dr. L. Wieslander, Dr. N. Diers, Dr. Tom Mulligan and others. He has consolidated the thoughts, research and treatment methods of many hours of postgraduate education in Functional Appliance therapy. He will give the participants a very practical level of clinical and theoretical knowledge gleaned from these men.

Dr. Rob Bond is also a keen student of occlusion, the “key to orthodontic stability” and has studied intensively under Dr. Peter Dawson, Dr. Niles Guichet, Dr. Don Moore, Dr. Emmanuel Rajczak, Dr. Rudolph Slavicek, Dr. Ron Roth and many others.
